Acted as Construction Managers & General Contractors for Total Renovation of existing Gym Facilities. RP Builders Group organized the bidding process, hiring of sub contractors, and managing of all trades through the entire construction process.

Supervised Architectural Design, Engineering, Expediting, and Permitting process for final CD’s.
Negotiated with Building Board, Landmarks Commission, and DOB for Final Project Approval.
Established and maintained client approved budget for all project soft and hard costs.
Controlled Bidding Process, Hiring and supervision of all trades throughout Construction Phase.
Managed all required DOB inspections and close out documents.
